G R Patil College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Sonarpada, Dombivli founded by Late Shikshan Maharshi Honorable G. R. Patil Sir in year 2004-05. The Stone Laying Ceremony was conducted at the hands of Hon’ble Shri. Arunbhai Gujarathi (then Chairman – Maharashtra Legislative Council) & Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar Sir (then Vice-Chancellor - University of Mumbai ).
College aims at sculpting its students in to responsible global citizens who constantly strive for perfection in every aspect of their lives. Perfection can only be a result of constant care, attention and perseverance.

Our faculty is constantly developing novel methods to keep students motivated and realize their true potential, more over the one is to one mentoring ensures that each student excels in his / her strengths and is constantly improving his / her weaknesses.

The following are duties to the administrative officer working in the G R Patil College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Dombivli under the overall supervision and controls of the Principal. Responsible for all fee collections and other collections due from students and others. Preparation of admission registers, term fee registers etc. Sanction of casual leave, optional holidays and compensatory leave to non teaching staff. Attention of non teaching staff attendance register daily. In-charge of stationary and forms, indents, issue of stationary and maintenance of connected records. The administrative officer is accountable to the principal of the college.
